(Can be included on Health Certificate) Digital versions of the Health Certificate and Coggins may be submitted in lieu of originals if they are certified electronic documents (not scans or photographs of printed originals). Digital documentation must be emailed directly to the sale office and will be accepted beginning April 5, 2026.

The catalog will be posted on our website at www.trianglehorsesales.net. You will also be mailed a catalog to the current address we have on file for you. PROMPTLY NOTIFY THE SALE OFFICE OF ANY CORRECTIONS PRIOR TO THE SALE. YOU ARE THE SOLE GUARANTOR OF ALL CATALOG INFORMATION.
ALL PRIVATE SALES - ESPECIALLY THOSE COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS "ALLEY SALES" ARE NOT PERMITTED.
SALE OFFICE
The sale office will open at 8:00 A.M. daily - please check-in at the sale office for your stall assignments and hip numbers.
STALLING
Bedded stalls will be available (2 large bags shavings), at no additional fee. Stalls will be available one day prior to first sale session. Early arrivals should contact the sale office for arrangements. Additional bedding may be purchased through OK State Fair Park Feed and Bedding at 405-948-6786 OR YOU MAY BRING ADDITIONAL SHAVINGS. No straw or hay bedding is allowed by the Fairgrounds. BRING YOUR OWN BUCKETS, FEED AND HAY.
ORIGINAL COGGINS & HEALTH CERTIFICATE - HORSES CANNOT GO THROUGH SALE RING WITHOUT THESE! MUST HAVE HORSE NAME AS IT APPEARS IN THE CATALOG. NO BARN NAMES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
  1. Original negative Coggins DATED WITHIN ONE YEAR OF THE FINAL SALE SESSION.
  2. Original United States health certificate dated within twenty (20) days of sale is required to be on file in the sale office prior to sale day. Health certificates must include pregnancy status for bred mares. NO COPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED NOR ARE TEST RESULTS PRINTED ON A HEALTH CERTIFICATE
OPTIONAL RADIOGRAPHS
An online radiograph repository will be provided by Asteris Keystone for a fee of $25/horse. It is available for the benefit of owners/buyers and participation is VOLUNTARY. Recommended and suggested views are provided on the sale website - www.trianglehorsesales.net. Owners may submit radiographs that are dated within 60 days of the first sale session. These must be submitted no later than 5:00 P.M. Central Time, 5 days prior to the first sale session.
Every horse sells with a 24-HOUR GUARANTEE for the limited warranties explained in Term #9 of the consignment form UNLESS you have it announced otherwise.
DRAW SYSTEM FOR HIP NUMBERS
  • A random computer draw system will be used to assign hip numbers.
  • When horses with the same owner are drawn back-to-back, horses may be moved forward or backward.
  • Hip numbers for special productions/dispersals within a sale are determined by or on behalf of the owner.
UPSET BID
Unless waived by announcement, there will be a minimum "upset (starting) bid" of $1,000, for any horse presented for sale. Thus, no horse will be sold for less than $1,000.
ORIGINAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES & TRANSFERS FOR BUYERS
The transfer fee is the responsibility of the owner and will be deducted from sale proceeds.
